Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Ellsworth County, Kansas. The job is on a high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics The role involves service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
