Press shop operator — Ile Oluji/Okeigbo

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press shop operator in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Your main tasks: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
