Scullery hand — Zango

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Zango, Katsina State. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
