What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Day-to-day duties: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder 1+ years on the tools preferred.
