Slinger signaller wanted in LaSalle Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 2+ years on the tools preferred.
