Counter butcher — Chesterfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
