Day to day you will monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes; verify ID and payment details against the booking record. What we are looking for: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays Six days a week, one day off.
