Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Knott County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
