Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans The role involves: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Full-time, day shift.
