Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes 6+ years on the tools preferred. £2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
