Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Imperial County, California. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
