The role involves: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Willing to travel between sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
