Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Saint Clair County

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Saint Clair County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
