Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Pondera County, Montana. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
