Great opportunity: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills On the job you will handle: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Full-time with occasional weekends.
