Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
