Metal caster wanted in Woodford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Woodford County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
