Kitchen porter wanted in Moniteau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Moniteau County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
