Join our team: plant operator (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Shoshone County, Idaho. On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
