Back-of-house cleaner • City of Fredericksburg, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
