Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Montgomery County, Indiana. You will be based in a café. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers $10,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
