Powder coating line operator wanted in Mineral County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Mineral County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
