CO2 welder — Denali Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Denali Borough, Alaska. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
