Vacancy available: articulated lorry driver (Lagos State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Lagos Island Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will work at a busy distribution depot. You will operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦5,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
