Great opportunity: lifting rigger (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Fulton County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy construction site. You will select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
