Immediate opening: RCC mason (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a RCC mason in Menifee County, Kentucky. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Day to day you will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified.
