Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On a typical shift you will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
