Powder spray gun operator — Campbell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Campbell County, Kentucky. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
