Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Rotating shifts.
