Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in City of Radford, Virginia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
