We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in East Ayrshire, Scotland. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
