Scaffold fitter • Montgomery County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Montgomery County, New York. The job is on a residential housing development. On a typical shift you will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner. Requirements: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
