Commis chef wanted in Westchester County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Westchester County, New York. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
