Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
