Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
