Domestic removals assistant — Greater London

Join our team: we are hiring a domestic removals assistant in Greater London, England. You will work at a student halls move-out. You should have: • Good manual handling technique and awareness of health and safety • Full UK driving licence for van work (where driving is required) Day-to-day duties: • Disconnect and reconnect washing machines and white goods where required • Protect doorways, banisters and floors with corner guards and floor runners • Report any damage or breakages to the team leader immediately • Carry out a walk-through inventory check before leaving each property • Dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes and flat-pack furniture • Secure loads in the van with ratchet straps and blankets to stop shifting in transit At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
