You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings You will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode.
