Steam press operator • City of Richmond, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in City of Richmond, Virginia. Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
