Incoming goods inspector • Sitka City and Borough, Alaska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Sitka City and Borough, Alaska. The job is on a garment production line. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Meals and transport allowance provided.
