We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Part-time with flexible hours.
