We are recruiting: we are hiring a bike messenger in Gateshead, England. You will work at an e-commerce last-mile depot. The role involves: • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders Requirements: • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
