Now hiring: we are hiring a night auditor in Bridgend county borough, Wales. On the job you will handle: • Prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department Ideal candidate: • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Rotating shifts.
