Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Rutherford County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
