360 excavator operator — Leavenworth County

Join our team: we are hiring a 360 excavator operator in Leavenworth County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Your main tasks: • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Part-time with flexible hours.
