Great opportunity: moulder (Federal Capital Territory)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant You should have: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
