Refrigeration and AC mechanic wanted in Dougherty County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Dougherty County, Georgia. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints The role involves: • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers Six days a week, one day off.
