Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Roosevelt County, Montana. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
