Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Henry County, Georgia. You will bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
