We are recruiting: fitter on the line (South Dakota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Turner County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy assembly plant. The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Careful handling of tools and components • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
