Floor and wall tile fitter • City of Chesapeake, Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in City of Chesapeake, Virginia. The role involves make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
